At ITZZO, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase you make. Our 30-day return policy ensures that you have ample time to assess your item and decide if it's the right fit for you.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • With tags still attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, or hygiene reasons:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a free return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns. You will receive a prepaid return label via email with detailed instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 weeks of us receiving your return. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

No restocking fees are charged for returns.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  3. Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please:

  1. Return your original item following the process above
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@shopitzzo.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
