Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

An item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. For hygiene and safety, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Start a Return

Email info@shopitzzo.com with your order number and reason for the return. If the return is accepted, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within two weeks of receiving the return. Your bank or card provider may need additional processing time.

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@shopitzzo.com promptly with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and provide replacement or refund instructions at no additional cost.
